His name is Alan Macias and he started his first business in 2013. He then started investing in multiple businesses and soon after successfully made it into real estate investing. "I invested all my profits in real estate then 2 years later I started buying my own fix and switch. I've done over 100 turnarounds in the last 4 years and now I'm moving to the real estate development side. I'm "Doing jobs development in 4 active states. From the west coast to the east coast and we have a massive project in the south for 100 buildings," said Alan Macias.   The business is Real Estate Development and Investment. "I fix and turn around 30-45 properties a year and develop around 15-20 properties a year. I started in 2013 when I was invited to invest with a big developer and I was just the silent partner. Then I got a great return on my money and I turned it into my next business venture and dedicated myself full time," said Alan Macias.       Alan Macias' biggest challenge is finding loyal partners and honest employees that he can trust. "It seems like nobody wants to work hard anymore.
